Dawn Lichorwic, originally from Oxford, Alabama, was drawn to the beautiful white beaches and emerald green waters of Destin, Florida. She moved to Destin in 1999 and has never looked back!
Dawn Lichorwic has over 18 years of experience in real estate and brings an incredible amount of knowledge with her to the Keller Williams team. Her specialty is waterfront homes, particularly bay front and gulf front luxury properties. She has bought and sold real estate internationally, represented clients from around the world, and is skilled at handling the finest details of complicated real estate endeavors. Dawn is a member of the Million Dollar Guild and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
When Dawn is not working, she enjoys spending time on the beach with her two sons, Zachary and Jackson. She also enjoys boating on the beautiful waters of the Gulf Coast, a great round of golf, SCUBA diving, and traveling the world.
