Working with Dean was a wonderful experience. This was our first vacation home purchase in Florida and we had lots and lots of questions. Dean answered every single question that came up and has made sure to check in and follow up with me on anything more I might need following the purchase. Deano went above and beyond when helping me purchase my condo. He is well knowledgeable about the area. He pointed me to right places to look to satisfy my goals. Being located of out of state complicated my search. He sent me numerous places to look at online. When I found a place I liked, he went into the condo and not only took many 360 pictures of the unit, but also took several videos as part of the walk through. His ability to capture the ins and outs of the unit far exceeded my expectations. He held my hand from sale to closing, but that isn't all. After the closing, he took things one step further and set me up with a contractor who could help me remodel the unit. Deano was a constant fixture from start to finish of the entire process, and I couldn't have done it without him.

Working with Dean was smooth and seamless. He really knows the market, the systems and local area. With his knowledge and experience with Zillow he brings buyers and sellers together. Dean timed the listing and priced our home to sell at the peak of the market.

Our experience w/ Dean has been phenomenal. He was extremely responsive and easy to reach via phone as we started the process of searching for an ideal unit to purchase. We made several trips to Destin to view available units and always received undivided attention from Dean. We found the ideal unit through Dean's expertise and were able to get through the buying process with the assistance of the team that he assembled. Initially, we ran into a problem with a loan through a national bank but he was able to direct us to a local bank who was able to complete the loan process while offering comparable rates to the national bank. Post purchase, Dean has continued to help w/ pictures and other assistance. I expect to remain friends with Dean as we move forward with our new condo!
